LATEST FATCA NEWS: Final FATCA Regulations Released
On January 17, 2013 – IRS published final regulations under FATCA. The regulations consist of 544 pages of explanatory preamble and operative rules. Numerous additional items still to come, such as the FFI agreement, details about the FFI registration portal, and revised Forms W-8 to identify account holders.
